Policies

A 24 hour cancelation notice is required for any treatment scheduled; the full-service price will be charged for no-shows. We will require a credit card number when scheduling appointments with multiple therapists more then two hours in duration or group accounts.

Group and Parties: Cancellation of services for groups of 3 or more requires at least 48 hours advance notice.

Appointments

To ensure you get an appointment when you want and with whom you want, we recommend you schedule your next service prior to leaving the salon!! Being on time for your appointment is critical so you can get the full benefit of your treatment.

Payment Information

We accept major credit cards and Spa Finder gift cards. Save on any spa body treatments when you purchase a series of 4 or more services. Pre-paid series are non-refundable.

Late Arrivals - SPA

If you are late for your appointment, your treatment will be reduced in order to finish on time for the next scheduled guest. The fee for the appointment will remain the same.

Gift Card Policy

Gift Cards are not refundable and must be presented at the time service is rendered. Lost, misplaced or stolen cards are not refundable, replaceable or valid.

Client Age Policy

Salon Sauvage and Day Spa is dedicated to providing excellent customer service. In order to achieve this, guests must be 18 years of age. Guests who are 17 and under are eligible to receive spa body treatments and or nail care services, only when accompanied by their parent or legal guardian, or present a release form signed by their parent or legal guardian.

For the safety of your children children are not allowed without an appointment and accompanied by an adult.
