1. Description of Offer. The 2009 Salon Sauvage New Year New You Valentine's Day Makeover ("Makeover") is sponsored by Salon Sauvage Day Spa & Boutique ("Sponsor"), 31271 Niguel Road Suites F,G and H, Laguna Niguel, CA 92677. Sponsor will award one (1) prize to one (1) winner, selected in a random drawing of all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period. Entries may be submitted at the address of Sponsor. All entries and requests become Sponsor’s property and will not be returned or acknowledged. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, or misdirected.

2. Promotion Period. The Makeover promotion begins January 12, 2009, at 8:00:00 am Pacific Time ("PST") and ends February 4, 2009, at 6:59:59 pm PST (the "Promotion Period"). All entries must be received during the Promotion Period. One (1) winner will be drawn on or around the Promotion Period end time at the Salon Sauvage Night of Indulgence Event at Salon Sauvage. Winner need not be present.

3. How to Enter. To enter, complete the entry form available at Salon Sauvage Day Spa & Buotique at 31271 Niguel Road Suites F,G and H, Laguna Niguel, CA 92677. By completing the entry form, you are agreeing to be notified by e-mail if you are the winner of the Makeover. All parts of the entry must be filled out correctly; incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or entries received through impermissible or illegitimate channels are void. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted per day unless otherwise noted by Sponsor. Duplicated daily entries will be voided. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. In the unlikely event the Sponsor encounters technical or equipment failures such as telephone network lines failing, computer online systems failing, servers and/or provider services go down, or human error in connection with the makeover, etc., the Sponsor and promoters will not be held responsible.

4. Eligibility. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. The Makeover is open to legal residents of Orange County California who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. To be eligible to win, entries must be received by Sponsor in the format designated in step 3 above. Employees of Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers or their immediate families are not eligible. The total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period determines the odds of winning. By entering, entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, Terms and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

5. Description of Prize. One (1) Prize will be awarded to a qualified winner. The exact prize for which an entrant is eligible depends on the decision of the Salon Sauvage Beauty Consultant. The prize may be one, some or all of: Hair cut, Hair Color, Hair Highlights, Makeup, Spa Manicure, and Eyebrow Reshaping. The Salon Sauvage Beauty Consultant will decide which services to perform for the makeover. No substitution, assignment or transfer of prize is permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Maximum cash value shall be $445 USD. The entrant agrees that the decision for which services should be performed will be made by the Salon Sauvage Beauty Consultant as identified by Salon Sauvage on the day of the makeover. The makeover is scheduled for February 14, 2009 and must occur on that date at the time specified by Sponsor unless otherwise specified by the Sponsor.

6. Drawing and Awarding of Makeover Prize. A random drawing will be made of all eligible and correctly completed entries received during the Promotion Period on February 4, 2009 on around 8:30pm at Salon Sauvage during the Salon Sauvage Night of Indulgence Event. Winner need not be present. Winner will be notified by telephone within 72 hours of the drawing. Except where prohibited, potential winner must execute and return to Sponsor, within 48 hours of being notified, an affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release in order to claim his/her prize. Winner will be required to complete and return an affidavit of Eligibility, Liability, and Publicity Release within 48 hours of being notified. Failure to comply with these Official Rules, failure to execute and return the required documents within 48 hours of being notified or unable to contact the winner by telephone, will result in awarding the prize to an alternate winner. Upon alternate winner's failure to comply with these Official Rules, failure to execute and return the required documents within 48 hours of being notified or unable to contact the alternate winner by telephone, the alternate winner forfeits the prize and no additional alternate winner shall be chosen. All taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Entry constitutes permission to post winner's name, before and after photos taken on the day of the makeover on the Sponsor's website and the use of the winner's name and hometown, before and after photos for purposes of advertising without further compensation unless prohibited by law. By accepting the prize, winner agrees that Sponsor, its affiliates, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies and suppliers and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability for, and shall hold all such parties harmless against damage, loss or injury that may arise in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prizes or participation in this Makeover. Offer void where prohibited.

7. Miscellaneous. The Makeover is subject to all applicable laws in the United States. Void where prohibited and in any country except the United States and in any county except Orange County California. Sponsor may prohibit entrants from participating in the Makeover and disqualify entries if they attempt to enter the Makeover through means not described in the rules, attempt to disrupt the Makeover or circumvent the rules, act in an un-sportsmanlike manner or with an intent to annoy or harass any other entrant or sponsor(s). Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Makeover should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor or Promoters, corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Makeover. All decisions are final. Sponsor makes no warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use of the Makeover prize including, but not limited to, quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular prize.

Entrants agree that any and all claims, disputes and causes of action arising out of or related to the Makeover shall be resolved, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively by the appropriate courts in Orange County, California in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to conflict of law rules which would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.
