Dina - Front Desk

My name is Dina (dee-nuh) I'm a full time receptionist & makeup artist at Salon Sauvage. I started doing makeup professionally after attending Jane Iredale’s mineral makeup class for bridal and special occasion make-ups. I have always had a passion for art, so it was so surprise that I immediately fell in love with doing makeup. I have to say, that my favorite part about this art form is seeing the transformation, and the excitement when a client sees the end result. Their expression is always the same, it’s as if they can’t believe its them in the mirror. It is a very satisfying feeling for me to know that I can bring out the clients natural beauty and make them feel more beautiful then ever.

When I'm not in the salon I spend my time doing art, re-vamping old vintage clothes into wearable outfits, I love cooking, hiking, spending time on the beach, and finding myself in good conversations.
